Kenji Made my last evening in Tokyo unforgettable! I spent 4 hours walking through Nakano …tasting the most traditional to the most innovative of Japanese food and drink. I would’ve never ordered the stuff he did …seasonal fish varieties and restaurant specialities and perfect sake pairings. He even included a walk through Nakano Broadway providing a glimpse into the incredible world of Madarake. But the best was making me a part of the conversation with locals in the bars and restaurants..precious!
