Embark on an immersive culinary journey through Tokyo’s famed Tsukiji Outer Market, where you’ll personally select tuna cuts with the guidance of a professional. Experience an authentic and private lesson on Edo-style sushi making, including a detailed explanation of sushi history, knife sharpening techniques, cutting tuna, making sushi rice, shaping sushi, and beautiful plating. Traditional Japanese work attire and headwear are provided to ensure a clean and authentic experience.

 

  • Location: Start at Tokyo’s famed Tsukiji Outer Market for a guided tour and tuna purchasing.
  • Private Class: Enjoy a one-on-one sushi-making lesson with a certified sushi chef in a private kitchen studio.
  • Sushi Making: Learn the seven essential steps of sushi making, including history, knife sharpening techniques, cutting tuna, making sushi rice, shaping sushi, and plating.
  • Authentic Experience: Use fresh wasabi and a sharkskin grater for the true Edo-style sushi experience.

  1. We meet at Tsukiji fish market and explore the area to buy fresh tuna.

2. We take subway to come to my workplace. Let’s prepare ingredients.

5.Mastering the 7 basic steps of Nigiri

6. Cutting Tuna meat with a Japanese knife.

7. Let’s make Nigiri styled sushi.

8.Lunch time! I will be your first customer!
