Embark on an immersive culinary journey through Tokyo’s famed Tsukiji Outer Market, where you’ll personally select tuna cuts with the guidance of a professional. Experience an authentic and private lesson on Edo-style sushi making, including a detailed explanation of sushi history, knife sharpening techniques, cutting tuna, making sushi rice, shaping sushi, and beautiful plating. Traditional Japanese work attire and headwear are provided to ensure a clean and authentic experience.

- We meet at Tsukiji fish market and explore the area to buy fresh tuna.
