Kenji’s Authentic Touch and Hospitality in Tokyo(Cathy,Portland)

I had the pleasure of having this experience all by myself! Kenji was extremely hospitable, and cared a lot about helping learn good technique for my future nigiri making endeavors back home. He took me to his local grocery store, and we discussed ingredients and made purchases in a very laid-back manner. He had the equipment to make this an authentic experience, with a bonus of remembering to take fun pictures, and accompanying the event with good music and conversation. Highly recommend!
